Z obrazov\u00fdch dat lze p\u0159esn\u011b vypo\u010d\u00edtat sou\u0159adnice povrchu p\u011bny a p\u0159esn\u011b ur\u010dit celkov\u00fd objem v m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u011b.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foam Interface Scanner zachyt\u00e1va spodn\u00fa hranicu peny ako tot\u00e1lny odraz na stene n\u00e1doby. Tot\u00e1lny odraz nast\u00e1va v m\u00e9di\u00e1ch s r\u00f4znou optickou hustotou. Ke\u010f svetlo zasiahne vzduch za stenou n\u00e1doby, odraz\u00ed sa a detekuje sa pod uhlom svetlocitliv\u00fdm senzorom. To umo\u017e\u0148uje zaznamenanie cel\u00e9ho rozsahu (130 \u00d7 50) mm \u0161trukt\u00fary peny. Pomocou algoritmov spracovania obrazu sa ur\u010duj\u00fa r\u00f4zne geometrick\u00e9 vlastnosti v\u0161etk\u00fdch zachyten\u00fdch bubl\u00edn a \u0161tatisticky vyhodnocuj\u00fa v softv\u00e9ri PC SITA FoamLab.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160trukt\u00fara p\u011bny na rozhran\u00edch, jako je st\u011bna n\u00e1doby, se li\u0161\u00ed od struktury ve voln\u00e9m objemu p\u011bny, proto\u017ee p\u011bna interaguje s rozhran\u00edm. Kv\u016fli optick\u00fdm vlastnostem tenk\u00fdch vrstev se sv\u011btlo odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed nebo l\u00e1me jen p\u0159i ur\u010dit\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce. Proto m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br bubliny nen\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost mezi dv\u011bma pseudo-Plateauov\u00fdmi hranicemi, ale je um\u00edst\u011bn mezi nimi.
